We provide complimentary ground shipping on all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We will soon offer 2 day and international shipping, stay tuned.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you receive your candle damaged please contact us at bonjour@queenmariecandles.com.

If you want to be the first to be notified of new collections before they're released, either create an account at the top of the screen where you see Login or sign up at the bottom of the screen. If you create an account, you will be able to see your purchases.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping or special messages, however you can indicate your purchase is a gift at checkout and we will not include the receipt.

Queen Marie Candles are sold exclusively through our website and not in stores or through other retailers. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of candles not sold through this site.
